AT and Math

In some school districts, computers are becoming almost as common as pencils and paper in the classroom.  Computers can help all students but especially students with disabilities.  Specifically, computer technology can improve instruction in math for students with disabilities.  In my next posts I will be discussing specific technologies that can enhance math learning, promote engagement and participation, and help students with disabilities become more independent.  The computer is a tremendously diverse tool that improves all students’ learning regardless of their level.
